KHOU-TV, Houston, Texas (1979 to 1987) Investigative and general assignment reporter. Mock Trial -- Active in judging mock trials and assisting varsity moot court teams at South Texas College of Law. As a student, advanced to semi-finals, quarter-finals and octi-finals in more than a dozen mock trials. In the fall of 1991, mock trial team reached final four out of 54 teams. Voted top ten oralist.
